Skytube (Alphamax) is going to release the Shiranui Mai ( 不知火舞 ) Hip Line Ver. Omega Style ( ヒップラインver オメガスタイル ) 1/5 cold cast GK the SNK figthing game series “The King of Fighters XIII”. Will be released in December 2010 January 2011. Around 330mm tall, 24,800 yen. Kit is prepainted and completed.

Looks alright. Seems like the only Mai figure I really like so far is the Max Factory one based on an illustration that was released about a year ago. Love that figure. And I agree, lots of mass produced Mai figures are not castoffable which confounds me.
Best Mai face so far (compared to the Max Factory and Alpha Omega version). But it’s pretty expensive 🙁
