Good Smile Company is going to release the Nendoroid No.162 Sherlock Shellingford ( シャーロック・シェリンフォード ) action figure form the game/manga/anime “Detective Opera Milky Holmes” ( 探偵オペラ ミルキィホームズ ). Will be released in July August 2011. Around 100mm, 3,334 yen.

Here comes the third Nendoroid Sherlock Shellingford!!! Well technically this is just the second Nendoroid because one of them is just Nendoroid Petit.
It seems like GSC tried to hide the fact that this is their second Nendoroid. Usually when they release another figure of the same character, they would give them a new version name like “Anime Ver.” or “TV Ver.” or whatnot. A lot of people do think that the PSP game bundle one looks better than this standalone one, let alone the PSP game bundle one comes with 4 really cute facial expression. Maybe they hope that people wouldn’t find out there is a PSP Bundle version exist and try to sell this standalone version? =P

The psp game bundled Sharo does look more detailed after all. Especially the boots and the position of the ribbon on the hat. This seems like a poor attempt to continue milking sharo fans. =S

Yeah… I’m still a bit pissed that GSC don’t released both Kud nendoroid as normal release AND the release date is not really too far. >.>
And don’t know about the game version, but Sharo and the other Milky Holmes member in anime version is kinda retard to be honest.
So for me it’s still a bit acceptable that this version faceplate looks a bit retarded than game one. :3
When you put them side by side there’s really no comparison, the PSP bundle version is so much better >_< Nendos are really cute to me but this Milky Holmes just looks stubby and terrible.
