Besides the blouse, it looks like her panties are more aqua (like they are in the game, instead of light blue on the first figure), and her hair is a darker purple (instead of the more washed out lavender). The book print also looks slightly lighter, but it could just be the lighting.

I have scoured the pictures for difference for about 5 minutes now and I can safely say, to my untrained eye and bringing of at least 3 minutes of experience to this, I cannot find a difference except in the price. That being that according to GGT up there, it cost 9,334 yen while the other is the low low price of 9,333 yen. Someone will find the detail that jacked this figures price up by 1 yen, and if the God’s will it, it will be the best detail ever.

I own the original figure but it’s still boxed up and will remain so until I have the space I need to properly display her… That said, I don’t see any need to buy this figure ’cause whatever changes there is to the color scheme doesn’t seem all that dramatic to me… Still a great figure tho!
