Elin, the Elementalist from the game TERA this figure started out as a garage kit, and has been out for a while now. But I am so glad a pvc version is coming out.
Yeah that’s an Elin alright. Its a crying shame that the NA and EU servers of TERA decided to censor their armors and give them diaper shorts.
You can bypass that easily by applying a fan patch.
