The “NicoNico Super Kaigi 2” ( ニコニコ超会議 2) was held at Makuhari Messe ( 幕張メッセ ) on April 27 to 28, 2013. The organizer claimed that it was the “World’s Biggest Culture Festival”. Although it was not a figure oriented event, we had a few figure manufacturers attended the event.
