Volks M.O.E. is going to release the Miyafuji Yoshika ( 宮藤芳佳 ) 1/8 PVC figure form the anime “Strike Witches” ( ストライクウィッチーズ ). Will be released in 2011. 8,400 yen (taxed in) for the Standard Edition, 8,925 yen for the Special Edition (comes with bath poster).
Wow! Strike Witches Miyafuji Yoshika from Volks M.O.E.! Are they gonna release the whole SW or just Miyafuji? =D For those who don’t know about Volks, their dolls and GK are the top of the line but their PVC figure are always hit-or-miss. Unless you really like the character or you don’t have other option, otherwise you better stay out of Volks’ PVC figure. =P

Well, it will not fall apart. But it’s really not worth to risk your hard earning money to bet on its quality, not to mention you need to get a proxy service to order her.
With that kind of money, maybe you should try to get yourself the Alter one.

I would agree. I fell in love with the Alter version of her. I picked her up again with the re-release so she could hang over my computer at work. Totally worth it.
I have the Alter version, but the gun actually broke on me. D: [Long story short, my brother knocked over the statue. = =” ] I’ve been meaning to get another one… but this one looked cute. And, if it was at all worth the money, I’d get this one.
Didn’t realize I’d need to use a proxy to get it though. Kind of a turn off. Maybe I’ll just replace my Alter version.
Ew… for that much money and that scale, what a disappointment. They could at least put some effort into the moving propellers, they don’t have any lines on them or anything, they’re just a clear disc. The face isn’t that great either.
