Ugh I’ve been wanting this stupid $1.50 gashapon from there for a while, so I jumped at the chance to get both it and that amazing $3.92 Asuka (since I’ve also been looking at it for a while). The shipping skyrocketed to over $14 when I added her, though. I just can’t do it lol. Darn.
I don’t like Play-asia expensive shipping options, why does it have to be registered airmail?! It’s not even insurance coverage, it’s just a tracking number -_-;

It’s been a while since I last ordered from PA, but decided to snatch up a few things yesterday, that I just couldn’t let go.. the Himeji petit, a random Nanoha petit, a random Index figure, random Pokémon glass, Ui Hirasawa mirror, Ef – a tale of melodies cd, and a Cinamoroll plush. But now that I see that I missed those Saki figures,, uuuhh, could I still add one to my already-placed order? ;D
For those who are fearing the customs, you can ask them to lower the price on the invoice for you! They are one of the few merchandise businesses that do, so take advantage of it! They’ll declare the invoices in ‘half price’ 🙂
I snatched up the Hingaiku prize figures. This’ll be my first order with Play-Asia so I hope it goes smoothly.
I have been using Play-Asia for almost a year and have had few problems other than ordering too slowly for some of the in very high demand stuff. Don’t quote me on this but their email notification system is useful and I think they keep some stock based around who got ‘notify me if *blah* becomes available’ checked.
