Griffon Enterprises is going to release the Skuld ( スクルド ) 1/8 PVC figure from the manga/anime “Ah! My Goddess” ( ああっ女神さまっ ). Will be released in August 2009. Around 300mm tall, 9,800 yen.

This Skuld figure is base on the cover of the manga Vol.24. The base looks really cool to me, but the figure is just so so. Is it just me or this Skuld figure doesn’t looks really like her? =P
Remember the previous “Ah! My Goddess” Belldandy figure from Griffon? Both this Skuld and that Belldandy were sculptured by the same sculptor “Hiroman”. The prototype of Belldandy looked pretty cool, but I didn’t know how they screwed up in the final production stage, the the final product is horrible… I hope they will not screw up this Skuld this time. Yea I saw this on the pre-order lists and my reaction was about the same…Nice base meh figure. Her face which should look cute comes across as plain creepy…
I think she looks cute, but the base is too big for my taste.
