Alter is going to release the Akiyama Mio ( 秋山 澪 ) School Festival Ver. ( 学園祭Ver.)1/8 PVC figure from the manga/anime “K-ON!” ( けいおん! ). Will be released in August September 2010. Around 210mm tall, 6,800 yen.

For all those Mio figures out in the market so far, most of them don’t really looks like Mio. I guess Mio is on of the hardest figure to be made or we Mio fans are just being picky? It’s like a big challenge for the manufacturers to make a Mio figure that all the fans like. =P

Well anyway, here comes a new challenger! Alter is taking Mio once again and this time they’re doing the School Festival Ver. upLark already released a School Festival Ver. Mio last month, some people like it and some people don’t. For those who don’t like it, they said her pose was boring and her face didn’t quite looks like Mio. Seems like this Alter one fixed those problems that upLark had. Let’s see if Alter can please the Mio fans this time.
