Bandai is going to release the Evangelion New Movie PORTRAITS 5( ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版 PORTRAITS 5 ) trading figure from the anime movie “Evangelion 2.0 You can (not) Advance” ( 新劇場版エヴァンゲリオン「破」 ). Will be released in June 2010, 450 yen each (12 pieces in 1 box, 5,400 yen). 6 kinds in total.

Bandai is one of the biggest gashapon/trading figure manufacturer in the market. I used to buy a lot Bandai’s gashapon/trading figure before I started to collect PVC figure. When I first saw these trading figures in The Miyazawa Model Exhibition 2010 Spring and I knew they were good.

Buying trading figure in my local stores are expensive (always double the MSRP + taxes) tho. And buying from online stores are troublesome. You always need to get the whole box and the shipping is expensive. So beside the Nendoroid Petit, I haven’t trading figures for a long time. =P
