Kotobukiya is going to release the Asuka Langley Soryu Maid Ver. (メイドＶｅｒ.) version 1/7 PVC figure from the anime “Neon Genesis Evangelion” ( 新世紀エヴァンゲリオン ). Will be released in June 2009. Around 210mm tall, 7,140 yen.

This Asuka is so cut! Both Asuka Maid Ver. and the Ayanami Rei Maid Ver. are really lovely, but I like this Asuka more. Rei is coming out in May and Asuka is coming a month after. I wish I have money to get them both. They looks really great when you put them together like the photo below. =D

Thought I’d just let you know there’s a limited Asuka Maid coming out too, like the Rei. Instead of a red dress she’s wearing yellow.
I’ve preordered both limited versions.
Strangely I liked Rei better in this sculpt, but I’m a huge Asuka fan. I’m thinking the pictures probably aren’t doing Asuka justice.
