FREEing is going to release the Makoto Nanaya ( マコト=ナナヤ ) 1/7 PVC figure from the fighting game series “BlazBlue” ( ブレイブルート ) developed by Arc System Works. Will be released in October 2011. Around 220mm tall, 8,381 yen.
Look at this FREEing’s 1/7 scale figure! She has less detail than the trading figure from Kotobukiya!!! Wow, just WOW~!!!
And what’s up with the 1/7 scale?? The previous BlazBlue figure Rachel Alucard that FREEing made was in 1/6 scale, and now they make this Makoto Nanaya in 1/7???

Our Rachel figure arrived today, she is be-yoo-tiful and SO big on our shelf! Can’t wait for this Makoto one, looks fab and they haven’t “altered” her figure like so many places do XD
Maybe because Rachel is a short loli character they were able to do 1/6th scale, but Makoto is taller so 1/7th suited them better? Hope to see a teaser for their next Blazblue figure, I really hope we get a good Taokaka one!
(would’ve been nice to have them the same scale but if Makoto looks as great as Rachel in real life, we’re just glad to get the characters!! need more Blazblue and Guilty Gear figures on my shelf)
Perhaps without that blouse and shorts she will look better …
Figure looks fine to me. Bland pose, but other than that, I don’t see what the problem is.
BlazBlue – Makoto Nanaya 1/7 PVC figure by FREEing IS castoffable!!! I just bought one. :-)))
