Griffon Enterprises is going to release the Eris ( エリス ) 1/7 PVC figure from the light novel/manga/anime “Asobi ni Ikuyo!” ( あそびにいくヨ! ). Will be released in May 2011. Around 275mm tall, 7,600 yen.

I used to like Asobi ni Ikyo! a lot when the anime started in July last year. It was just around half year ago but I don’t really like it anymore. Well the anime was good, but it was not good enough for me to like it after 2 season. Oh by the way, for those who don’t know, I’m REALLY into Puella Magi Madoka Magica now! Let’s see if I will still like it next next year. =P
I was such a fool that thought May release was over and we were into June and July. I know I’m really wrong now after the magazine scans and the figures news this week. Seems like after April of the Dead, May is a deadly month too. (@@.

Griffon did a great job on their figures lately compared to their old released noticeably a nice dynamic pose.
eugh, lol i have the CM version of ellis.. the plastic sticking out of her butt as support is not too good. i havnt opened it, so i might sell her in the future lol. like you, i don’t really think much about asobi ni ikuyo anymore.
I too really enjoyed the anime when it first started airing… but then towards the end I got kind of bored with it. The characters are still super cute, but the story wasn’t engaging enough. Fun fluff, but easily forgotten. So far the figures released for it have been nice.
For some reason I like the previous PVC figure of Eris more than this one and I remember there being rumors of either a rerelease or alternate version so I’ll wait and hope and see.
