ASCII Media Works (manufactured by Max Factory) is going to release the figma SP020 Misaka ( ミサカ ) action figure from the light novel/manga/anime “A Certain Magical Index” ( とある魔術の禁書目録, To Aru Majutsu no Index). Will be released in May 2011. Around 135mm tall, 3,000 yen (taxed in) + shipping and handling. Dengeki Hobby Kan exclusive. Only 20,000 pieces will be available.

This is something really special! When they announced the figma Misaka Mikoto, people was joking that if they were going to release figma Misaka sisters, they might have limited to release only 20,000 pieces. Now the joke comes turth! They’re really only going to release 20,000 of her!

But what makes this figma Misaka special is not the limited number, it is their serial numbers. Yes, each of them will have a serial number form 1 to 20,000 printed on the figure stand. The one who got 10,032 would be really lucky! (@@.
