Volks M.O.E. (Model of Entertainment Collection) is going to release the Moe Collect Plus 15 Hazumi Flamel ( 羽純・フラメル ) 1/7 PVC figure from the eroge Toushin Toshi III ( 闘神都市Ⅲ ) published by AliceSoft. Will be released in Winter 2009. Around 220mm tall, 7,500 yen. Volks Web Site Store will start to accept pre-order on August 25. Castoffable.

The eroge Toushin Toshi III was released in November last year and their promotion was doing really strong. You could see the promo stuff like posters, banners, ad here and there. I would like to try this game out but too I really don’t have any spare time to play any game.

It’s really hard to believe that this Hazumi Flamel is castoffable. But it seems to me that it’s not really “cast-off”. It looks like you need to replace the whole body part to make her naked. The price for this 1/7 scale figure is very reasonable, but the feedback for the quality of Volks’ PVC figures isn’t really good. I saw a lot of horrible photos of the Nanoha figure, it’s really disappointed. That’s why people said the PVC figure from Volks is “trading figure quality with the price of PVC figure”. But to be fair, the quality of GK and dolls from Volks are over the top. It’s just their PVC figure isn’t that good, I really don’t know why. (-______-.
