Q-six is going to release the Pacola ( パコラ ) 1/6 PVC figure from the anime/eroge "Come on! Mizuryuland" ( おいでよ！水龍敬ランド ) character designed by “Mizuryu Kei” ( 水龍敬). Will be released in June 2019. Around 220mm tall, 14,800 yen. Castoffable.

I skimmed through the manga "Welcome to Mizuryuland" and checked the anime and the eroge "Come on! Mizuryuland" websites but still couldn’t see Pacola in any of them. Maybe I just missed it or she is a secret character?
