Bandai is going to release the S.H.Figuarts Cure Dream ( キュアドリーム ) action figure from the 5th “Precure” anime series “Yes! Precure5 GoGo” ( Yes！プリキュア5 GoGo). Will be released in November 2009. Around 130mm tall, 3,000 yen.

Part of my Precure collection from series 1 to series 6

For those who don’t know, I’m a big Precure fan and Yes! Precure5 GoGo is my least favorite Precure series. But when I saw the 5 Cure figures in the International Tokyo Toy Show 2009, I screamed “Holy Sh!t” like at least 4 times. (^^.; It’s my least favorite Precure series but I still love them a lot! You can read more about Precure here in the Cure Black post.

Bandai is really good at Gunpla (Gundam plasic model) but their action figure isn’t really that good. S.H.Figuarts (aka S.H.F.) is Bandai’s universal action figure body. A lot of action figures from Bandai are based on this body. It isn’t really impressive to me tho. The action of S.H.F. is really limited and the overall body shape is really robot-like espeically the shoulder. Revoltech and figma are way better than it. And it is really pricey compared to Revoltech and figma. But it is Bandai after all, the build quality of S.H.F. is pretty good. =]
