Amakuni (Hobby Japan) is going to release the Haruna Kai Ni ( 榛名改二 ) 1/7 PVC figure from the popular web game/anime “Kantai Collection” ( 艦隊これくしょん ). Will be released in October ~ November 2016. Around 230mm tall, 16,200 yen (taxed in) for the standard edition; 17,820 yen (taxed in) for the limited edition. Hobby Japan exclusive.
