Kaitendoh is going to release the Laytea Adolf ( レーティア・アドルフ ) Swimsuit Ver. ( 水着ver. ) 1/8 PVC figure from the eroge “Daiteikoku” ( 大帝国 ) published by AliceSoft. Will be released in August 2012, 8,500 yen.
I like Laytea Adolf but this one is just too expensive! (@@. 8,500 yen for a 1/8 scale PVC figure with this kind of plain swimsuit design is just so overpriced. The Laytea Adolf Ultimate Idol by Kotobukiya was just 7,800 yen and I still needed to think for a long time. There is no way I’ll fork out 8,500 yen for this one. ='(
The biggest selling point of the figure by Kaitendoh is cast-off, but for some reasons they didn’t make this Laytea figure castoffable. And I guess Kaitendoh didn’t pay the sculptor “Yokota Ken” ( 横田健 ) very well or they just simply screwed up the original sculpture when they make it into this prototype. I really wouldn’t believe that the sculptor that make this Laytea figure is the same one who made the GSC Shinobu, Tohsaka Rin UBW, HomuHomu, and Hayakawa Yuzuko figures. (-______-.

A moe-fied Hitler?
You are correct
That price is 1.5 to 2x that of most swimsuit figures.
Eroge stuff is always inflated in price due to demand.
If it was castoffable I would buy it in a second, but since it isn’t I will pass.
Yep, I agree.
