Embrace Japan is going to release the Cat and Chair ( 猫と椅子 ) non-scale PVC figure form the doujinshi “Planet of the Cats” ( 猫の惑星 ) published by “Kofuku Shoten” ( 幸福書店 ). Will be released in February 2012. Around 165mm tall when sitting in the chair, 230mm tall when standing upright. 9,800 yen. Castoffable.

We have soooooo many event this month! Beside Hobby Round 6, Dengekibunko Autumn Festival 2011, and Treasure-Festa 2011 in Kobe 2 we had in the past 2 weeks, we have 2011 the 51th All Japan Mokei Hobby Show this week! I gonna need to skip my BS again for few days and make time for the event report this weekend.

Fine artist but …there is a big problem with this figure….February is still toooooooooo long to wait.
The face ruined it for me. Its all about the face. Very unfortunate. I was sold til I saw it.
I’m contemplating pre-ordering her, but the “detail” worries me a little. I really hate it when they hide bits that have no detail, then you get it and it’s just flat. If she isn’t detailed then having her sit like that in the nude would look really odd.
Her face is a little weird, but there’s something about it that I like.
Oh! She’s also really pricey for her size.
