Kotobukiya is going to re-release the Asuka Langley Soryu ( 惣流・アスカ・ラングレー ) Gothic Lolita Ver. ( ～ゴスロリVer.～ ) 1/7 PVC figure from the anime “Neon Genesis Evangelion” ( 新世紀エヴァンゲリオン ). Will be re-released in May 2011. Around 180mm tall, 4,800 yen.

Sculpt quality looks outdated. Not recommending this to anyone who cares about overall quality; detailing and paint work.
However, I guess this would still be a “wanted” item by Asuka fans who like lolita/goth style.
I remember a few years ago I really wanted her but she’s either out of stock and set at a ridiculous price. Now I agree that the quality is really outdated, especially so when you compare it with the Alter plug-suited Asuka.
