GSI Creos is going to release the The Decision of Ypres Maeterlinck ( イープル・メーテルリンクの選択 ) non-scale PVC figure form the “Cat Girls in Schrodinger’s House” ( シュレディンガーの猫耳少女 ). Will be released in September 2010, 3,000 yen.

If buy this figure for the figure itself, sorry you gonna be very disappointed about the quality. But if you buy it for the box art, package design, booklet and the other stuff that comes with, you gonna be really happy about it! I got Szilvia Ewigkeit (the red box one) at the beginning of the year. The package design was really really good and I loved it so much. But the figure was kinda ugly.
I just love the package design too much. I think it would ruind the whole design if I take the figure out of the box. That’s why I still haven’t take her out of the box. I think I’ll do the same with this Ypres Maeterlinck. Unless I saw them on sale and bought another set with a very low price for the out of box display purpose, otherwise I think they will stay in the box for their whole life. =]

I’m still up in the air about preordering this. What i don’t like is that the figure looks cluttered.
So it’s not only me that think the figure looks ugly while the box art is pretty…
Btw GGT, what item do you means when you said “the other stuff that comes with”?
There are 2 booklets inside the box too.

Oh gawd, I wanted the GK of her for a while…but I feel bad for the people who were looking forward to her in PVC form, because imo that figure is really ugly. The Cat girl series is really adorable…but not when the PVCs turn out like that xD
there were a few online stores that had a schrodinger’s cat related figure (i think the one sitting on the sofa chair) in the sale/bargain bin that took a while to sell out.. i know i wasnt interested.
