I think Griffon Enterprises are making big money from all their Touhou figures. They just doesn’t seems like want to stop making them. This is the second Konpaku Youmu (beside all those alternative color version) by them. As you can see her 1/7 scale, she is in the Touhou Project Special series instead of the regular 1/8 series.
Personally I like the face of the preiouse Youmu and the pose of this Youmu. It would be great if we can combine them into one. Too bad they’re not in the same scale so there is not way to do that. =/

Am I the only one that doesn’t like the sperm looking thing flying around her?
Nah. I wish it looked more like smoke and less like… well, like you said.
On the whole, tho, this is a very nice figure.
LOL, i thought it was a ghost
Already preordered her. It’s really hard to get great Touhou figures that aren’t garage kits, and all of the faces of the Griffon figs look the same, but it does kinda fit in this case. Besides, I love Youmu, I just can’t afford to miss out on this fig.
oooo im getting broke T.T…. Sponkmonkey, ur right, many of the faces on touhou griffon figures look the same. im trying to determine from the piccies how the spirit is being held up and supported
Think i’m in love with the base more then the figure.
I agree, the base is what’s making me really want to push the pre-order button.
well if you know who youmu is you would know that she half human and phantom so that’s her ghoust that follows her everywhere and to me it doesn’t look like sperm cause it’s not white enough
On a scale of 1/7, plus her stand…I wonder how big she is by length ^__^;;
