Skytube (Alphamax) is going to release the Kanu Unchou ( 關羽 雲長 ) Pure Sexy Ver. ( ピュアセクシーver. ) 1/8 PVC figure from the manga/anime “Ikkitousen” ( 一騎当千 ). Will be released in August 2010. Around 145mm tall, 5,800 yen.
Wow I can’t believe my eyes, these Chouun Shiryuu and Kanu Unchou are CHEAP!!! Most of the figures that Alphamax had released were GK and they were usually very expensive (to me at least). But when it comes to PVC figure, it becomes really affordable! 5,800 yen is relatively cheap for a 1/8 scale PVC figure these days. For only 5,800 yen and you can get a high quality figure by Alphamax, I think it’s a great deal. It’s 1000 times better than spending 8,800 yen for a ugly figure by Taki. =D

I really like this Kanu, but the way they posed her pantsu, kinda ruins the PVC for me. I’d rather see it fully on, or completely off. The half way off makes it too forced in my opinion.

The figure is quite sexy, but it’s marred by what seems a like non-matching facial tones. Reminds me of girls who just put on a tad too much makeup making their faces be several shades lighter than the rest of them =) Oh, and I agree with MONOLITHIC too!
It almost looks like pink blush on her face… I don’t have too much of a problem with it at the moment tho. Hopefully, it’s not too noticeable when the figure is actually released.

Her face is pretty, but to me, at certain angles, her mouth looks weird – especially in that 3rd picture. Probably won’t stop me from buying it, but that’s the only thing I have some concern about.
