Keumaya ( 希有馬屋 ) is going to release the Hyper Nurse Pain Killer Kotone-chan ( 超看護婦ペインキラー琴音ちゃん ) non-scale PVC figure, the original character created by Keumaya. Will be released in October 2009. Around 250mm tall, 7,500 yen.

Keumaya is one of the most popular doujin circles that sell 18+ figures and 18+ doujinshi. So you can always see them in events like Wonder Festival, Hobby Complex, and Comiket. They were in the C76 last week too, but sadly they got suspended in the second day due to they broke the event regulation. I’m not 100% sure what they did, but it’s something about the groin part of the figure.
This Kotone-chan is one of the reason that they got suspended. But lucky enough, it was just a presale. They will take the regular per-order in Toranoana or in Shop Keumay(mid Sept) and the figure will be delivered in October. I would love to get one myself. This is one of the best flat chest figures that I have even seen and the price is really fair too. But too bad there is no way I can get her in North America. ='(

I found a Japanese seller selling it for a GREAT price WITH the doujin so I know I’m getting the real one. I was real lucky since the auction was just posted when I searched. There are so many bootlegs floating around from HK/China sellers.
