Good Smile Company is going to release the Kyubey ( キュゥべえ ) 1/1 soft vinyl figure form the anime “Puella Magi Madoka Magica” ( 魔法少女まどか☆マギカ ). Will be first released in “Wonderful Hobby Life for You 14” at WF2011[Summer] on July 24, 2011. Regular order will be taken at Good Smile Online Shop from July 24 – August 01, 2011 and will be released in late November 2011. Around 230mm tall and 350mm long, 10,000 yen (tax in). Only 500 pieces will be available in the event.

1/1 scale QB is coming to invade us!! XD This QB is really really big. From the 2 images below, I think he is so much bigger than the real life size that we saw in the anime.

Personally I think 10,000 yen for a soft vinyl figure is a BIG rip-off. Soft Vinyl figure is so much cheaper and the quality is lower than regular PVC figure. A simple design like this shouldn’t worth more than couple thousands yen. =/

 

Believe it or not, the Wonderful Hobby Life for You!! 14 is coming in Wonderful Festival 2011 [Summer] next month! Four figures were announced on the WHL4U website last night They will be sold at the WF2011[Summer] with limited quantity and will be available at the Good Smile Online Shop from July 24 – August 01, 2011. They will not be available at the Good Smile Online Shop international tho.

So for those who can’t go to the event but still want to get the figures, you can order them at Good Smile Online Shop with your proxy service. =] Too bad that they wouldn’t be available
