Taki corporation is going to the Musha-Miko Tomoe ( 武者巫女トモエ ) non-scale GK from the visual book/anime “Queen’s Blade”. Will be released in November 2009. Around 350mm tall, 19,800 yen. Castoffable. Kit is prepainted and completed.

Beside her face looks a bit puffy, this Tomoe looks not bad to me. I guess it’s pretty hard to screw up something like this large size. Taki do have something doesn’t look too bad once in a long while. But wow, 350mm tall is huge! I really want to see the actually thing once she’s out. =D

Ok…Anyone wanna take a shot at why the close-up of her face and the far back shot isn’t the same figure? Her facial structure and skin-tone are completely different between the two… O.o
As much as I hate to say it, I think it’s the camera angle. It’s really noticeable because the jaw is soooooo rounded that a minor angle change between pictures makes the chin disappear.
Yea, I think it’s the camera lens does the trick. That’s why you shouldn’t use wide angle lens to shot close up photo. It reminds me of “The Dog”. XD
I would rather have her in one piece and not missing the legs .How was that ?A car accident ? too much work ;too much money demanded and a half good statue.What can I say ?It is half all right.Why don´t they offer the figure with and without the legs to see what most people choose?I have no doubt.
May be they want to make this figure into a statue to make it special and different. Still dont like it….
