Good Smile Company is going to release the Character Charm Collection: Love Plus Cat Rinko ( ねこリンコ ), Bunny Manaka ( うさマナカ ), Tanuki Nene ( ぽんぽこネネ ) from the DS game “Love Plus” ( ラブプラス ) by Konami. Will be released in March 2010. Around 30mm tall, 476 yen each.

Anybody read the news about “Japanese guy married a video game girl”? I know Japanese Otaku are crazy but I don’t expect they will do something like this. The *girl that he married is Nene from Love Plus. Yes, he married the tanuki, lol. Maybe some other crazy Nene fan will murder him one day.

From the popular dating simulation game ‘Love Plus’ comes character charms of all three of the main heroines, each wearing the various animal suits that appeared throughout the game.

Nene Anegasaki is wearing a tanuki suit, Manaka Takane is in a bunny suit and Rinko Kobayakawa is of course wearing a cat suit – all just as adorable as they appeared in the game.

You can attach them to your DS, your cellphone, or even just keep them with you at all times – you can be together with your ‘girlfriend’ even more often now!

      May be the title should be “Love Plus Character Charm Collection”
      more than “Vocaloid 2 Character Charm Collection”.

      I don’t like the cat one as much as the other too. It’s the paws being so big. Still all three are really cute. I sort of want them.

      I’d like to play love plus, it sounds really fun and unique. I would never think it’d get a US release, but because of the man marrying a character it’s got a lot of buzz. My Uncle, who’s not even really in to games, asked about it last night when we were in Best Buy in the DS section! I had to tell him it wasn’t released here. So part of me thinks it could come over if companies think the news buzz will help or has generated enough interest. I can only hope! I want to date cute girles! (Even though I am a girl and not gay… ^_^;)

      The charms are pretty cute, but honestly, I don’t understand why Love Plus is so popular. The characters just aren’t that cute too me.

      i saw hw the game was whn i was watchin the news n they said about tat guy but hw do i get a free download for tat game???
      i use a r4 for all games n cant seem to find a downloadable love plus game so pls if anyone noes hw to download it pls tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
