ASCII Media Works (manufactured by Kotobukiya) is going to release the Misaka Mikoto ( 御坂 美琴 ) Tokiwadai Middle School Swimsuit figure Anime Ver. ( 常盤台中学指定水着フィギュア アニメver. ) non-scale PVC figure from the light novel/manga “A Certain Scientific Railgun” ( とある科学の超電磁砲 ). Will be released in December 2009, 5,800 yen (tax in) + 500 yen shipping and handling fee. Dengeki Daioh exclusive.

I know everyone here in Nekomagic hate magazine exclusive figures a lot. Unless you have connection, otherwise those figures are next to impossible for us who’re outside of Japan to get. Now here is another lovely magazine exclusive figure released by Dengeki. =( In order to get this lovely Misaka Mikoto in her school swimsuit, you will need to get the Vol.09 Dengeki Daioh month magazine (780 yen tax in) which will be released in July 27 and then mail the coupon inside the magazine to Dengeki to order this figure.

      That’s just great…so much for one of the better looking figurines of Railgun to be a magazine exclusive. It’ll be cool if it’s castoff, but I won’t ask for too much.
