Max Factory is going to release the figma Hatsune Miku ( 初音ミク ) Live Stage Ver. (ライブステージver. ) action figure from the the popular singing synthesizer application “Vocaloid 2 – 01″ by YAMAHA. Will released in the event “Wonderful Hobby Life for You 10″ on July 26, 2009 at WF2009[Summer]. Around 140mm tall, 2,500 yen (tax in). Only 3,000 pieces will be available in the event.

Wonderful Hobby Life for You 10 (WHL4U) is coming very soon and GSC/Max Factory announced some event exclusive figures already. Here is a good news for those who can’t go to the event but still want to buy the exclusive figure. You can buy them on the WHL4U online store! But the bad news is they don’t ship outside of Japan. (-_____-.

Here we have the figma Hatsune Miku Live Stage Ver. Beside the extra accessories, seems like they changed the color of Miku’s clothes a bit. I’m not sure if it’s just lighting effect or what, but she seems a lot more shiny then the original one. Looks like they used silver instead of gun-metal for her cloths, and used pearl/metallic base black on her shoes/socks(?) and sleeves.

      Yeah, you’re right. . .her outfit has more of that shiny metallic glow to it. o.o

      What I’m confused about is her wings, does it come bundle together along with her like that di:stage?

      I’m hoping for them to retail the accessories only, perhaps after the event. Don’t want to get another Hatsune Miku Figma just for the extra parts.

      Additional to the original miku figma set, you get di:stage *basic set*, the long head piece, piano, CM ver facial parts, and paper crafts. (They also DID make miku’s clothing more shiny.)
      WHL4U online store only had 100 in stock for pre-order… which obviously sold out on the first day; give or take in couple of hours.
      You do not need glue for making these paper crafts. GSC review advises to color the edges with a black marker, those that won’t seep into the paper, to avoid the “paper-crafty-ness.”
      My opinion: figma + di:stage + paper craft = endless possibilities of fun. =)
