Max Factory is going to release the figma 155 Araragi Karen ( 阿良々木火憐 ) action figure from the “Monogatari” light novel/anime series “Nisemonogatari” ( 偽物語 ). Will be released in October 2012. Around 145mm tall, 3,334 yen.

Recently I found that the names of the three Araragi siblings are all somewhat related. The word “Koyomi” ( 暦 ) is “Calendar” in Japanese; The pronunciation of “Karen (Ka Ren)” is somehow same as “Calendar” in English (that’s why she always said “KaRenDa ze!” in Bakemonogatari); the words “Tsukihi” ( 月火 ) mean Monday ( 月 ) and Tuesday ( 火 ). Isn’t it interesting? =D
