Bandai is going to release the Chogokin RAcaseal ( レイキャシール ) non-scale action figure from the online game series “PHANTASY STAR ONLINE Blue Burst” published by SEGA. Will be released in July 2012. Around 155mm tall, 6,500 yen.

For some reasons a lot of people were trying to complete this Chogokin RAcaseal with the RAcaseal plasmo from Kotobukiya and said the Kotobukiya one sux. I really don’t understand why would they do that? They’re two different things. This Bandai one is expensive painted and completed Chogokin action figure, the Kotobukiya one is just a cheapo (3,500 yen) plastic model kit. =/
