Can’t wait to watch Sora no Otoshimono movie! But I bet we will have to wait for another year until the BD/DVD comes out. For those who didn’t read the Sora no Otoshimono manga, I strongly suggest that you don’t go to watch the trailer if you really want to enjoy the movie. As I said before, the trailer is heavily spoiled the best part! X(

By the way, I think two Pokemon movie in one summer is kinda crazy. XD

The anime filme Sengoku Basara is created by Production I.G, based on Capcom’s games otherwise known as Devil Kings – much like the two TV anime seasons that preceded it in 2009 and 2010. The movie’s story is set after the end of the conflict stirred by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, but not before the Battle of Sekigahara determines the next Shogun of Japan.

The original anime project Towa no Kuon is created by studio Bones, and was originally meant to be directed by the late Umanosuke Iida. In his place, Takeshi Mori is serving as the “collaborative director” for this seemingly sci-fi anime, involving some sort of alternate-dimension gate. The story follows a boy named Quon and others who suddenly wake up with supernatural powers.

The anime film Sora no Otoshimono: Tokei-jikake no Angeloid is once again adapted by studio AIC A.S.T.A, based on Suu Minazuki’s “heartful” ecchi / comedy manga – very much like the two TV anime series that preceded it in 2009 and 2010. The anime film Fullmetal Alchemist: Milos no Sei-Naru Hoshi is created by studio Bones, and follows the 2009-2010 TV anime series Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. In the new story, Edward Elric and his younger brother Alphonse – tossed by the waves of destiny – are still on their journey. The movie promises to “finally tell the story of forbidden bonds”.

The anime film Kokuriko-Zaka Kara (From Kokuriko Hill) is created by Studio Ghibli with director Goro Miyazaki – son of Hayao Miyazaki – based on a slice-of-life shoujo manga written by Tetsurou Sayama and illustrated by Chizuru Takahashi. The story is set in Showa 38 (1963, a year before the Tokyo Olympics) and follows the coming of age of an ordinary, pigtailed high school girl named Komatsuzaki in Yokohama, a harbor city near Tokyo. Her sailor father went missing after an accident, and her photographer mother is frequently going abroad for work. Her family now runs a lodging house. The manga recounts Komatsuzaki’s everyday life of “laughter and tears” with two boys – a school newspaper member and the student council president.

Pocket Monsters Best Wishes! The Movie: Victini and the Black Hero: Zekrom and Pocket Monsters Best Wishes! The Movie: Victini and the White Hero: Reshiram are the two versions of the fourteenth film in the Pokémon anime series. They are scheduled for release on July 16, 2011 in Japan. The movies are set to feature Victini the Victory Pokémon, as revealed during a preview shown at the end of the last movie Pokémon: Zoroark: Master of Illusions, as well as the Vast White/White Yang Pokémon Reshiram and the Deep Black/Black Yin Pokémon Zekrom. A subsequent trailer for the films prominently features Zekrom and Victini. Up until February 14, 2011, only the film featuring Zekrom was being promoted. On February 15, 2011, it was announced that a second film featuring Reshiram would be released simultaneously in theaters with the Zekrom film. The films’ plots will be similar to a point, when Reshiram and Zekrom enter the story of each film.

Mui, the castle master, uses the ultimate imprisonment technique to steal power from the prisoners, which is when Naruto notices his life has been targeted. Thus begins the battle to uncover the truth behind the mysterious murders and prove Naruto’s innocence.

The first anime film in the Hayate no Gotoku! franchise is created by studio Manglobe, as usual based on Kenjirou Hata’s comedy manga otherwise known as Hayate the Combat Butler. The story follows a boy named Hayate who serves as a butler, bodyguard, confidante, and more to a girl named Nagi – in order to pay off a 156,804,000-yen (about US$1.8-million) debt.
